- Establish quality processes across all business functions
Drive Quality & reliability initiatives for:
a. Design and Engineering
b. At Supplier end
c. Manufacturing and supply till the product reaches the customer
d. Demonstration and Service
e. Evaluate the current and future design products for Form, Fit and Finish
f. Root cause analysis and correction for field failures.
g. Setting up the right experiment for testing of products before launch
h. Manage and excel the Quality Standards by valuating part and product quality through routine product scores and dipstick study.
1. Evaluate part and product quality through routine product scores and dip-stick study.
2. Manage and maintain SPC data collection, process analysis, measurements, reporting and suggestions for improvement
3. Oversee customer complaint analysis and introduce problem resolving solutions.
4. Manage KPIs based meetings to ensure quality focus, streamline and measure results for continuous improvement.
5. Present monthly quality results to senior Management and Marketing with root cause analysis and course corrections
6. Manage cost budget and course correct based on budget achievement
General business management :
1. Cross functional leadership of R&D, production, sales, and marketing to: Bring the products that are free of defects and with the right form, fit and finish
2. Brand management: Custodian of the Ultra brand ; Ensure products, pricing, promotion, and distribution are in line with our aspirations to establish Ultra as a premium kitchen appliance brand for the Indian kitchen.
3. Quality Standards management:
- Ensure that all the products are of International Standard and to get certified through agencies and certifying bodies.
- Prepare and educate staff training on product scoring calibration and quality principles.
