DGM Quality - Operations

Urgently looking for candidate for DGM Quality - Operations Role with 12+ years of experience
in Operations background in atleast one of the functional area of OTC Confirmations, OTC Settlements, Collateral and Exchange Traded Derivatives OR someone who has an risk management OR audit background.

Candidate should not be from Process Excellence / Process Improvement Team. (Mandatory)

JD below:

1) Lead a 6 - 7 member quality assurance team

2) Functional scope of quality assurance team would cover clearing services (OTC Confirmations, OTC
Settlements, Collateral and Exchange Traded Derivatives)

3) Candidate should be able to guide the team on key aspects / approach towards auditing the Operations processes

4) Should be able to lead discussions with senior stakeholders across functions in the client organization

5) Candidate should be able to create impactfull presentations on the quality assurance findings

6) Candidate should have a hands on approach to investigate potential issues / gaps independent of the functional operations teams and suggest potential remediation.

7) Job Location is Hyderabad

8) Main KRA is to provide direction and thought leadership on taking the quality assurance function forward.
