DGM - Purchase (Indirect) FMCG (12-18 yrs)

Looking for DGM Indirect Purchase for an FMCG (Beauty and Cosmetics)

Location Mumbai

Reporting to: CFO and Head Supply Chain

Experience : 12-18 yrs exp

Qualification : Graduate / MBA

The person will be responsible for Responsible for all Indirect Material Buying Decisions

- Will be responsible to get best quality material

- Will be responsible for New Vendor identification and Development to ensure supply security.

- Will be responsible for Negotiating the prices and entering into long term contracts to ensure overall cost management.

- Will be responsible for selecting appropriate tool for simplification (e.g. - Web Analysis, Tier Analysis, Catalog creation, Vendor Reduction, Sharing & adopting Best Practice Model across local sub/division/global teams)

- Will be responsible for Budgeting, Planning and cost management.

- Data analysis for identifying opportunities & creating strategies for simplification initiatives

- Monitor Supplier Portal for performance & follow up on key improvements
