Education:

- B.E/B.Tech (Mechanical/Production Engg.). Advantage to be given to candidate with additional qualification in Material Management course.

Job Experience:

14 to 20 years of In depth exposure in Manufacturing Operation on major areas Welding , Machining , Casting , Painting etc processes / PPC/ Procurement-direct and indirect purchase. Exposure to Japanese Management Techniques is preferred.

1. Good communication , Leadership , Team working and analytical skills.

2. Handling & Managing Productive BOP parts along with other Non-Productive parts i.e.raw Materials ( Sheets, Tubes, Paints, Chemicals etc.) on Quality, Delivery & Cost front competitively.

3. Extrovert with +ve attitude,well mannered & proactive.Sound decision making ability

4. Excellent coordination and communication ability.

5. Automotive sector in particular. (OE experience will be preferred)

JD:

- Purchasing Operation Management at south plant and Maker Layout

- Ensure vendor parts capacity planning and On Time Delivery of all Productive

- Develop new model parts QDC for Vendor Park supplier.

- Ensure implementation of Production control system of part delivery and stock .

- Ensure proper and smooth coordination between IYM & Vendor.

- Budgeting and Deptt Monthly Expense control

- Communication with vendors regarding Production Plans / QDC Status / Capacity Requirement etc.

- Procurement from competitive sources all Non-Productive requirements as per schedule - Raw Material , Paints , Chemicals,

- In bound logistics responsibility along with Logistics supplier Management , warehouse control

- Effective participations in the corporate run programmes
