Position : DGM - Promoter's Office (Corporate finance / Corporate Strategy - Finance)
Location: Delhi/NCR
TEAM: It's an individual contributor
ROLE -
1. Drive special initiatives/projects
- Assistance in business structuring covering accounting, tax, legal and regulatory implications.
2. Certain business development initiatives being spearheaded at this office
- Including new JV partnerships / restructuring of existing partnerships. Commercial construct and discussions.
- Agreement negotiations. Interactions with partners/prospective partners & external law firms
3. Evaluation of As-Is business proposals (Opex/ Capex/ New line of Business)
- Validation and in depth analysis of proposals put up for approval and circulate recommendations.
4. Review of key taxation proposals including status updates on important litigation /planning initiatives
- Risk evaluation of alternative options including interactions with internal tax team and external advisory/consultants.
5. Review and Approval of the Annual Operating Plans/ Long Range Plans submitted by Businesses
- Validation of business assumptions in light of the overall industry scenario including growth, profitability, etc and firming up of business and delivery models.
6. Financial Statements Review and assistance in closure of complex accounting issues.
7. Effective tracking of business drivers, industry developments, changes required in operating strategy and giving ideas for improvement.
- Identify the business drivers and levers for growth and profitability and keeping track of business environment and industry developments on national and international levels in technology, regulatory fronts, and business and delivery models.
