Urgent Hiring with the Automotive Industry for the Position of DGM- Project Management (Infrastructure Projects) for the Delhi Location.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Plan, design and perform standardised procedures for monitoring the progression of planning, design and construction phases.
- Planning is important aspect of this role and need to ensure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget defined with best quality.
- Lead the initiation and planning of a project and ensure technical feasibility.
- Ensure resource availability and allocation.
- Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project both in terms of timeline and budget.
- Implement best project management practices.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties for the flawless execution of projects.
- Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools.
- Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks.
- Report and escalate to upper management as and when needed
- Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation.
- Author and update internal and external documentation, and formally initiate and deliver requirements and documentation
- Additionally this person needs to ensure efficiency in creation of Budget and also execute it by getting the best quality work in most efficient manner.
- Execution through Vendor Management - Execution of task in timely manner through managing end to end infra work from identification of requirements to raising work order to getting the work executed and complying with required norms. Developing and maintaining appropriate no of vendors is a prerequisite to faster and timely implementation. Coordination with commercial for vendor appointment and Payment.
- Plan, design and execute best project management systems & processes for the function to ensure effective and efficient results at all time.
- Plan, prepare and conduct timely audits of all properties of Anand group to ensure highest level of quality is always maintained.
- Work on execution of various sustainability initiatives at the group level
- Establish contacts with local authorities and maintain relationship. Responsible for all legal & authorities related compliances pertaining to his function.
- Partner with facilities team and execute various renovation projects for the group properties.
