Job Description:-
RFI/RFP responses:
- Understands the client context and owns the creation of RFI/RFP response and proposal documents
- Plays the roles of solution architect and bid manager to ensure high quality and timely submissions
- Manages relationships with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure inflow of required inputs
- Acts as the single point of contact for the onsite sales / account management teams
- Assists in building the financial / pricing models
Customer visits:
- Anchors the customer / prospect visits by owning content preparation and logistics readiness
Collateral preparation:
- Creates offering brochures, capability presentations, case studies and points of view
Special assignments:
- Engages in special and short term projects from time to time on a need basis – onsite due diligence, transition support, industry / market / competition research, account mining, process consulting, program management support
Team management:
- Will be responsible to manage a team of 5-6 pre sales analysts
- Motivates and manages the direct reports
- Ensures career planning and progression of the direct reports
Must:
- 3 to 9 years of experience in presales / sales support activities (mentioned above) in the outsourcing industry with overall 9-12 years of total experience
- Ability to work on multiple assignments on an ongoing basis
- Willingness to stretch beyond regular hours when required
- Self-driven and able to manage multi stakeholder expectations
Desired /Preferable:
- MBA from one of the top 25 Indian business schools
- Exposure to one or more of the following - investment banking, asset management, wealth management
- Exposure to onsite due diligence and transition assignments
