About our Client: Our client is a global pharmaceutical and biotechnology organization providing high quality medicines. With presence across multiple geographies they are a leading research based healthcare organization in the field of pharmaceuticals, biotechnology and also run a chain of super specialty hospitals. They are looking for a seasoned HR professional with generalist experience to manage their plant based out of Aurangabad.

Job Description : Reporting into the Group Plant HR Head you will be responsible for- Managing the end to end HR function for one of the plant based out of Aurangabad

- Bringing forth innovative HR practices in the day to day functioning of the plant and bringing in the structure of 'self managed teams'

- Managing the career planning and development plans for a staff span of 500 people

- Be the interface between the employees and the management with focus on helping solve work related problems, interpreting policies

- Identifying the training needs of existing employees and conducting need based training

- Managing retention of employees, employee morale and commitment

- Managing end to end HR generalist activities for all white collar employees (500) at the plant based out of Aurangabad

The Successful Candidate : As a successful candidate you should have:

- Minimum of 15 years of experience as HR generalist in manufacturing sector

- Strong experience in modern HR practices like 'self managed teams' and 'high performance framework'

- Working in self managed teams is required for this role

- Experience of working in a plant and handling a large employee base

- Good communication and leadership skills

- Quick learner and a high energy individual
