DGM - Plant Accounting - CA

As a key member of our leadership, you'll be responsible for overseeing plant commercial activities, including dispatch, store, purchasing, and factory finance aspects.

Responsibilities:

- Manage and optimize plant commercial operations

- Ensure efficient handling of dispatch, store, and purchasing functions

- Oversee all aspects of factory finance, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance financial performance

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Qualifications:

- Chartered Accountant qualification is a must

- Minimum 10+ years of experience in finance and accounting roles

- Proven track record of leadership and strategic thinking

- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
