One of our clients, A leading player in BPO & KPO industry is looking for a "DGM Ops - Financial Research".

Essential Qualifications: CA / MBA / CPA

Relevant Experience (In Years): 9 +

Responsibilities:

Manage a 70 member team to provide single point ownership for the service delivery in the area of research and allied areas like financial analysis, presentation services and document management. The responsibilities would include and not limited to the following:

- Responsible for people management with specific reference to managing the growth and development of the people working in the team.

- Responsible for performance, cost, scope, schedule, quality, and appropriate business measurements for a vertical

- Responsible for the financial parameters of the area he runs through CP, cost of delivery initiatives, pyramid management, people rotation etc.

- Responsible for client mining/harvesting

- Participate in the solution development phase of bid life cycle.

- Responsible for targeted customer satisfaction

- Own and drive people management processes including career planning, training and certification, rewards and recognition and employee engagement.

- Implement performance standards and measurements established

- Work closely with resourcing team to manage the resource fulfillment process needed to run the delivery operation well and to avoid revenue loss

- Mange issues and risks

- Have 20-30% capacity to scope out new business in Asset Management research.
