DGM - Operations - Spices Industry

DGM Operations, 20+ yrs exp, Chennai (Spices Industry )

Industry : Spices (looking candidate from similar industry only)

Profile :

- Factory employs 20-25 labour per shift, total 40-50 labour strength

- Will be responsible for production planning, resource allocation and running of day to day factory operations

- Online monitoring of material combination and ensuring material consumption is as per budget.

- Deliver the targeted OEE( Overall equipment effectiveness covering availability, productivity and quality ) for key process lines

- Deliver the targeted customer service levels

- Factory manager will be responsible for maintaining the required hygiene, quality standards, definition and implementation of HACCP systems and BRC norms to ensure a zero complaints regime.

- Will be responsible for ensuring that the factory maintains the required quality certifications from BRC/Kosher/Halal/ FSSC 22000 etc.

- Will be responsible for maintaining excellent industrial relationships and relationships with key statutory bodies like inspectorate of factories and boilers.

- MIS - The factory manager will be responsible for collating, analysing and circulation of timely MIS covering factory operations as per agreed templates.
