DGM - Operations - Maps - Business Process Services

Operations experience of 10-12 years in business process services industry

- Ability to handle teams of 200+ associates in a rigorous and dynamic environment

- exposure to maps/ GIS/ company information of geo-spacial tools a plus

- experience with voice process a plus

- experience with leading technology firms as employers/ customers a plus

- track record of driving process excellence and SLA compliance

- exposure to capacity planning, shrinkage management, productivity optimization, automation

- Ability to connect with the customers and help grow business organically

- ability to manage and resolve conflict

- experience in a multi-country/ multi-lingual set-up

- collaborate approach - networking with all stakeholders to achieve goals and objectives

- Openness to work in the night shift

- Job based in Hyderabad

- May involve occasional travel to international locations
