Job Title: DGM - Operations

Reports to: MD

Location: Dar es salaam, Tanzania

Job Responsibilities:

- Profit centre expertise with versatility in underwriting, claims, marketing and reinsurance with leadership traits to lead a successful General Insurance team.

- Should be a hands on person. A combination of managerial experience in both public and private sector in India would be desirable.

- A successful track record in running a General Insurance business units with exposure to all facets of General Insurance business.

Candidate Profile:

- FIII/AIIII/Equivalent with 20 years of experience in the related profile.
