- Ensure end to end CORE ELEMENTS/NODES & Capacity expansion/roll out/deployment along with routine/adhoc SW & HW upgrades to achieve network availability

- Ensure the Network performance monitoring (preventive & corrective)

- Ensure the correct implementation of new feature additions/testing/RA clearances/end-end launch related to core nodes

- resolve customer complaints

- compliance with all regulatory agencies

- Facilitation to partner/vendor interactions to achieve timely intervention by partners/vendors on core network HW/SW
