Role: SME - Network Operations (Access & Infra)

Salary: upto 30L at a Deputy General Manager level

Reports to: Head - Network Operations

Desired Attributes :

- The role holder is responsible for overall operations and management of access technologies of GPON, Customer last mile, retail broadband, and Infra Operations including uptime & fault management.

- Develop policies, processes, and procedures for the access network operations and maintenance including monitoring, automation, of transport and GPON technologies.

- To ensure high availability of the access network comprising Transmission (PTN/ SDH) and GPON technologies

- Support the deployment of "Plug and Play" service delivery through technological and process innovation in the access network and last mile.

- To arrange Infra feasibility of new acquisition and upgradation for Access locations through MS Partner.

- Spares Planning and Management of Infra assets of existing Access locations including approval of Sustenance Capex, PR/PO, coordination with SCM and Vendor, I&C of equipment's.

- Scheduling and Implementation of Preventive Maintenance of access equipment and Infra assets.

- Validation and processing of Invoices related to Site Rental, Power & Fuel, Supply & Services.

- Coordination with NOC for Access/ Infra related alarms and Planned Activities.

- Ensure all Legal, Safety and Audit compliances at active Access locations.

- Manage Access/ Infra material movement with ATN from Site to WH or Site to site.

- Site database management through SMP or any tools in system.

- Vendor Management related to Access technologies, Infra Project, Infra Operations and Infra assets suppliers.

Essential Attributes :

- Good understanding of active access technologies such as GPON and PTN and Passive Telecom Network architecture and Infrastructure Management.

- Should be good in fault analysis and rectification.

- Good communication, Presentation & Interpersonal Skills

- Project Planning foresight, contingency & risk management

- Excellent multi-tasking abilities
