Experience & Qualifications:
- MBA/PGDM in Finance from premier institutes in the country.
- 8-15 yrs of experience in facilitating Sales analysis, managing MIS in FMCG or Spirits industry in a Senior Managerial capacity.
- Exception could be made on educational background for candidates with relevant FMCG experience.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate and rollout IT analytics-COGNOS at RPC-AP
- Decimate the real time data available to meaningful and actionable insights for the sales team to manage channel and improve productivity.
- Quantitative and Qualitative analysis of Corporation sales data for effective sales planning and order booking thereby increasing market share.
- To assist Sales team in Formulating sales strategies based on micro level data analytics bench marking competition.
- To work with Sales /Marketing team to develop promotional schemes
- Coach and mentor the MIS team; help design career path and facilitate people development activities
Competencies
- Prior experience in working in FMCG/ALCO BEVs domain is a must.
- Must have hands on experience in analytical Tools.
- Comfortable with techniques like regression, Segmentation/clustering, optimization.
- Engage with middle / senior level clients (VPs) effectively in a dialogue
- Strong Communication/and Interpersonal skills
Salary upto 22-23 LPA
