Position Title: DGM MIS & Analytics
Location: Hyderabad (Will be heading the entire MIS Function for Andhra Pradesh)

Profile
- Facilitate and rollout IT analytics-COGNOS at RPC-AP
- Decimate the real time data available to meaningful and actionable insights for the sales team to manage channel and improve productivity.
- Quantitative and Qualitative analysis of Corporation sales data for effective sales planning and order booking thereby increasing market share.
- To assist Sales team in Formulating sales strategies based on micro level data analytics bench marking competition.
- To work with Sales /Marketing team to develop promotional schemes
- Coach and mentor the MIS team; help design career path and facilitate people development activities
Qualifications & Experience
- MBA/PGDM
- 8-12 yrs of experience in facilitating Sales analysis, managing MIS in FMCG or Spirits industry in a Senior Managerial capacity.
CTC Budget – Upto 25 Lacs
