DGM - MEP - Construction - Luxury Hotels

Hardcore MEP professional with experience in managing Design and execution of projects for LUXURY HOTELS. Should have some experience in Bangalore region.

- Well experienced in Electromechanical Contracting in Five star/Five star Deluxe Hotels in India and having good experience & exposure in senior management position.

- Expertise in HVAC, Electrical, plumbing and Fire Fighting services of five star hotels Kitchens.

- Coordinating all MEP related activities at project sites and day to day operation along with Project Managers.

- Extensive exposer of MEP services installations in in Five star/Five star Depluxe Hotels in India.

- Holding strong managerial skills to lead MEP team and execute infra MEP projects.

- Guide and advice to contractors as per the instruction of MEP Head on all mechanical equipments such as Automation system, Fire Alarm System and centralized A.C. Plant, Fire Fighting & Plumbing Plant Room etc. as per GFC drawing.

- Make sure proper design coordination is achieved before commencement of work (collecting GFC drawing before starting work).

- Organize the preparation of equipment and material specifications and data sheets, including the preparation of Single Line Diagrams, Schematic Diagrams and Lay-out Drawings, Cable Trench/Tray Lay-out Drawings, Isometric Diagrams of Sprinkler and Hydrant Piping.

- Coordinate with other Department like Civil, Interior, Billing, quality, planning etc for smooth completion of project. - Responsible for commissioning of MEP services as per design.

- Reviews CAD drawings, layouts, study models, documents and calculations prepared by external designers / consultants.

- Ensures compliance with applicable codes, standards.

- Support liaising department for calculation and design related submission document.

- Arrange the Techno commercial meeting with Contractor & make commercial comparison, contractor finalization etc.
