Job Description : DGM Media sales will be responsible to ensure that the sales staff meets and/or exceeds revenue expectations. They must deliver the highest quality proposals for clients, often juggling multiple projects which must be personalised with specific details

Our client is an Indian multiplex chain headquartered in Gurgaon. They are looking for a DGM - Media Sales to develop client proposals, sales and contract negotiations till the close of new or renewed business
Description :
- Utilises a comprehensive knowledge of the industry, emerging digital media such as social media marketing, the competition, and the client to develop and execute value added strategies that generates business and strengthens our position in the marketplace
- Lead all facets of the sales and activation cycle including prospecting, customer assessment, analysis, strategies, best practices, ROI modeling, key industry research rollout, focus group information synthesis, competitive intelligence, sales proposals, contracting, and alignment to existing solutions
- Identifies and cultivates relationships with senior level brand and agency personnel in targeted accounts who make digital and television advertising purchasing decisions
- Lead or assist in the development of client proposal, sales and contract negotiations through to the close of new or renewed business
- Create sales plans which can be scaled for regional, national, and international programs
- Develop strong business partnerships with assigned accounts for the purpose of growing advertising revenues
- Develop and implement sales and marketing strategies to help meet and exceed revenue goals
Profile:
