Key roles & responsibilities
1. Design and implement the marketing strategy and annual marketing plan for the vertical.
2. Indirect Demand Generation: Establish and build brand awareness/ consideration and thought leadership through a set of targeted activities and campaigns across digital, social, PR, analyst relations, etc.
3. Build and leverage content assets for the above (including primary research)
4. Direct demand generation for the vertical and buying centers, through an integrated marketing strategy, leveraging multiple touch points that address buyer needs across the sales cycle:
5. Source and develop highly productive leads in partnership with central lead generation team
6. Account based marketing
7. Building and refining content including white papers, case studies, other assets
8. Appropriate events strategy for mining and hunting
9. Maintain and optimize strong relationships with industry organizations, as needed
10. Work closely with corporate marketing, regional and vertical BD and operating leaders to achieve the above
Skills Required:
- MBA with specialization in marketing preferred
- Proven success developing and executing integrated business-to-business marketing campaigns, including goal setting, budget management and results measurement.
- Experience evaluating and assessing internal and external client needs and market needs, and transforming them into actionable marketing plans/campaigns.
- Experience in Insurance and Healthcare industries
- Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, MBA a plus
- 12+ years of experience building and executing marketing programs and activities
- Strong computer skills and knowledge in Microsoft Office programs such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Excellent event planning and project management skills
