- To be involved in developing the annual / project specific branding strategy based on product segment and customer profile.

- To develop the Launch Plan for new projects including creating and executing launch initiatives and post launch market support activities.

- Manage the team effectively by coaching, mentoring, provide periodic feedback and exposure to enhance learning.

- To develop vibrant concepts & creative advertising campaigns like Newspapers, magazines, radio, online as well as outdoors and manage relations with multiple creative and/or media agencies to ensure efficient and effective spending of advertising budget as per Company Policy.

- To develop collaterals like brochures, leaflets, walkthrough and danglers & oversee the printing, production or advertising and promotional materials in line with Company policy.

- To develop and execute the companys advertising campaigns and to promote awareness and increase footfalls & brand saliency.

- Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front door

- Deploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to execution
