We are looking for DGM - Market Communication & Branding for one of our Esteemed Client
Job Purpose:
This position is responsible for the development, creation and execution of company branding strategies and campaigns,administer branding initiatives effectively and coordinate with PR agencies to run the conventional media, social& digital media campaigns effectively to create a brand image of company and its products.
Qualifications:
1- Degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
2- Minimum of 12 years of experience in sales, marketing and Market communications.
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Identify brand-building areas and create a plan on how to build brand recognition
- Provide direction to PR agencies and designers on branding in consultation with senior management
- Assist in the development, management and execution of all aspects of branding including corporate deliverable such as email signature, PowerPoint template/presentations, bulletin, brochures and other branding materials etc.
- Develop/Create content across all deliverable s viz. advertisements (print & online), audio, emails, website, and video films
- Manage design and production activities through third party vendors such as designers, publishers freelance writers and photographers, and web designers for logos, specs sheets, fact sheets, email, brochures, press notes, videos, photos, fliers, and event materials
- Provide technical expertise in marketing communications, including implementing search engine optimization and other digital marketing issues.
- Develop, implement, and maintain innovative, cost effective social media campaigns.
- Plan, organize effective launches and promo events on pan-India basis
- Coordinate photo shoots, events and press meets .
- Create advertising plan and manages budget.
- Manage, monitor and report to management the ROI on all marketing campaigns and suggest recommendations for future projects.
- Manage marketing assets and meeting asset requests for regional sales offices and dealers.
- Coordinate with Marketing teams, on how to increase brand awareness and localized the campaigns
