- To conceptualise & drive various engagement activities throughout the year to create a stickiness factor for the loyal customers
- Customer satisfaction & feedback
- To ensure customer delight & satisfaction by providing timely responses & solutions
- Customer communication
- To ensure well planned & timely communication engagements with the customer to drive maximum responses to any engagement or activity undertaken.
- To understand the customer & extract valuable insights which would enable the business to plan, sell & move more efficiently
- To manage internal customers & partners to affect seamless loyalty operations
