To ensure effective execution of loyalty initiatives for customer satisfaction and stickiness

- Customer Acquisition

- Guide enrolment targets for the year

- Drive repeat purchases & guide new customer behaviour in order to retain them

- Sponsoring & monitoring any sales promotional activities & initiatives aimed at retaining the new customers
