DGM - Legal - Real Estate - LLB/LLM

Job Location : Mumbai

CTC : 28 - 35 Lakhs

Experience : 9 - 18 years of experience (Real Estate experience is a must)

- Coordinate with legal consultants, drafting & Execution of various documents/contracts/Agreements.

- Provide Quality and legal advice.

- Knowledge on redevelopment under Development control regulations and Redevelopment.

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting the documents of Marathi language.

Support other departments and interface with joint venture partners, contractual partners, society members, MMRDA etc.

- Supporting the general counsel on legal and compliance responsibilities pertaining to the activities of the company.

- Tracking and overseeing legal proceedings by and against the company and its assets.

- Coordinating with stakeholders and external counsel in the context.

- Reviewing contracts pertaining the acquisition of one or more assets company

- Reviewing financing documents in connection with any debt facility obtained by the company.

- Preparing updates covering legal/compliance developments.

- Track reporting requirements under all long term contracts executed by the company.

- Tracking the progress of legal deliverable.

- Reviewing legal queries raised by various stakeholders and preparing responses.

Qualification : LLB/LLM

Experience : Real Estate experience is must
