We have an immediate and a very exciting opportunity from one of our clients in India. Our client is a construction company headquartered in Mumbai, India. We are looking for DGM-L&D, OD and Employee Engagement for Mumbai location.

To qualify for this position, you should have :

- Robust L&D experience ideally from industry with good Facilitation skills.

- Responsible for both Technical and Non-Technical training (Soft skills),

- Competency Assessment, psychometric tools like 360 degrees, MBTI, DiSC etc.

- Conceiving and initiating OD interventions.

- Employee Engagement progs.

- Must be willing to travel at least 20-25% of the time including project sites.

- MBA and B.E/ B.Tech graduate.
