Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize, implement and institutionalize various Learning Frameworks for effective management of business and development of employee across the organization (short and long term)
- Conduct Structured Training and Gap analysis, design learning path, facilitate and set tracking mechanism to measure training effectiveness
- Devise and implement strategies aimed at ensuring successful trainings in conjunction with the stakeholders
- Link Training Plans with the organization Competencies
- Manage allocation and deployment of resources, delegation and empowerment to minimise operation issues.
- Continuous improvement of ROI on learning & development interventions
- Ensure internal Trainer development and utilization to bring in efficiencies and talent development
- Set up processes and design documents for internal knowledge transfer (QMS/Compliance)
- Screen and recommend relevant vendors as per organization capability and requirement
- Lead curriculum creation, deployment and governance to ensure independently productive and revenue earning employees
- Initiate and incorporate technology, metrics and other methods ensuring effectiveness of learning initiatives
