Any successful candidate should be having :
- 14 to 16 Years
- Graduate with an MBA from premium business schools
- Robust L&D experience ideally from industry with good Facilitation skills.
- Responsible for both Technical and Non-Technical training (Soft skills),
- Competency Assessment, psychometric tools like 360 degrees, MBTI, DiSC etc,
- Conceiving and initiating OD interventions
- Employee Engagement programs.
