DGM (HR Leader) - Human Resources - BPO/BPM/IT/ITES


Strategy :

- Participate in the HR Strategy and operating plan to achieve targets

- Maintain or modify the organization structure in line with the company's long-term objectives

- Assess annual and long-term manpower requirements of the organization and create plans and budgets

- Formulating and implementing best HR practices, policies & initiatives aiming at employee welfare and retention.

- Handling the entire performance appraisal process across levels and establishing a framework for substantiating performance appraisal systems linked to reward management.

- Introducing new and innovative ways of appraisal there by offering a 360 - degree view to the organization.

Stakeholder Management :

- Participating in initiatives to build a positive employer brand

- Partner with senior stakeholders and hiring managers to determine and anticipate staffing needs and changes.

- Maintain touch with the industry and potential employees to attract the right talent for important positions

- Building operational partnerships with external parties, as well as within the organization

- Ensure synchrony in the policies of all other departments and the organizations HR vision

- Build relationships with functional heads and ensure a coherent organization

Talent Management :

- Monitoring talent acquisition strategies to ensure a strong pipeline for future hiring needs

- Responsible for interacting with all levels of management to understand & translate business requirements into overall people strategy, in addition to managing all facets of Human Resources with regard to talent acquisition.

- Supervising the formulation of training and development programs to ensure a skilled workforce

- Ensuring a structured performance management process in place to enable objective and timely

- Supervising complete recruitment life cycle for sourcing the best talent from diverse sources after identification of manpower requirements.

Qualification And Experience :

1. MBA in Human Resources with Experience of 16-20 Years & Hands-on person with a flair for Strategy implementation as well as Operational HR with a BPO/ITES Industry. Age not more than 42.

2. Good knowledge of HR processes and implementation techniques.

3. Partner with business as well as operate within the current process and system that enables the growth of the business.

4. Understand the business and act in support of the company strategy and operating goals.

5. Must be able to work collaboratively and take hands on approach; he/she will deliver scalable, customer-focused HR programs and services to the business.

6. Strong verbal and written communications skills, strategic thinking, ability to influence others.
