Looking for DGM - IT infrastructure for a leading automotive group in Pune, Chakan

Qualification: B.Tech

1. More than 10-18 years of experience of leading IT Function.

2. Good understanding of IT Infrastructure (Servers, Network, WAN, IIoT, Cloud Systems).

3. Leverage current IT trends / technology to map in the current systems and processes.

4. ERP Implementation & Optimization experience.

5. Experience of Automation /Digitization on shop floor.

6. Good understanding of Business Processes and Practices

7. Good understanding of Audit Controls (IT & Business).

8. Good understanding of IT Security & it's deployment.

9. Capability of Strategic thinking in order to align IT and Business goals.

10. People Development - Manage the IT Infrastructure support team by training and developing their skills to manage our systems.
