Position: DGM - IT Implementation (HRO Domain)
Location: Gurgaon
Education:
- Minimum graduate from a reputed institution in any stream
Experience:
- 15+ years of relevant work experience, Experience in HRO preferred, at least 5 years in senior operations management role
Responsibility:
Clients/ Stakeholders
- Manages client relationships
- Identify and manage issue resolution including escalation as needed
- Interact and communicate effectively with mid and senior level management in all departments
- Develop & manage communication plans with stakeholders aimed at improved collaboration
People
- Directly supervise management team as well as support operation enabling functions
- Responsible for developing and coaching new and experienced/ tenured managers on contributing to organization goals
- Staff (operating group) with sufficient resources and an appropriate skills mix
- Lead, Manage & Motivate Team members to achieve desired outcomes and objectives following the values
- Work with HR & Training to promote an environment where associates are encouraged to continuously learn and develop skills
- Work with HR to establish talent management, review, and retention programs for solutions delivery teams and Global Implementation
- Work with HR to develop a staffing model to best utilize internal and external contractor talent
Process
- Conducts progress reviews, providing contingency and problem resolution plans as required
- Monitor quality issues and create processes to improve quality and/or prevent errors
- Ensures teams follow methodology and rigorously leverage tools (Web time etc)
- Foster an environment that enables performance goals being met and exceeded
- Champion improvement initiatives
- Oversee project plans for teams through the project life cycle (Establish, communicate and monitor project management processes )
- Drive the implementation of best practice processes for project management, routines and controls and QA
- Support compliance and MMC Audit processes
Knowledge and skills:
- Ability to communicate effectively & collaborate with stakeholders
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and effective working relationships
- Proven experience managing large teams directly, (successful vendor relationships), internal customer relationships
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Ability to priorities tasks and delegate to others
- Leadership experience in the professional services industry and in matrixed structured organizations
