1 Education Minimum BE/B Tech

2 Years of Experience MBA from Top Tier college + 5 years

Or BE/ BTech from premier institutes + 10 years

3 Specialized Knowledge :

- Experience in managing and developing ecom IT

- Landscape with a background in technical product

- Management and web engineering

- Experience with technologies and best practices in areas such as Digital Commerce, Search, Customer experience, Web Content Management, CRM, Marketing,

- Merchandising and Pricing systems, Order Management Systems, Mobile Solutions, Payment gateways, Caching and Content delivery networks

- Extensive experience in Ecom Supply Chain systems like WMS and Last mile delivery solutions

- Should be able to understand integrations with SAP and maintain requisite data hygiene

- Experience in understanding Consumer Journey, Digital

- Marketing initiatives, and CRM setup

- Able to work with and manage multiple vendor teams

- Experienced in implementations with micro-services architecture, API Management, REST services,

- Cloud-based solutions and other middleware technologies

What Would You Be Handling?

- Responsible for managing and overseeing the architecture, development, and delivery of eCommerce digital application portfolio.

- Strategic thinker who can collaborate with Business to develop multi-year digital road map to achieve companys goals.

- Collaborate and build strong relationships with Business Partners, Cross-functional teams, and Vendor Partners.

- Responsible for understanding the business needs, help with prioritization and delivery of the project initiatives and ensure that overall business objectives are met.

- Collaborate with project teams to design and deliver high quality applications that are extensible, scalable, and performant.

- Responsible for planning and supporting peak customer transactional load during Holiday by ensuring stability and smooth operation of all digital systems and vendor readiness.

- Mentor and advise teams on latest technology trends. Recommend improvements to processes and technology that improve the effectiveness of the team.
