Job Description - Managing international sales (SAARC and Africa) for a German architectural fittings manufacturer based out of Mumbai, reporting directly to the MD.

Client is a very well know architectural fitting manufacturer MNC, HQ'd in Germany with a legacy of over 100+ years.
Description
- Gathering insights about International markets, researching about current & future projects and growth possibilities
- Preparing short term, mid-term and long term plan for Budgeting.
- Conducting market research about competitor's products, pricing and target markets.
- Based upon market feedback, effectuating changes in products to improve value proposition
- Brand positioning and designing a product mix to carve out a niche segment.
- Development of Distribution/Applicator network.
- Conducting product & sales training for team members of Business affiliates.
- Channel Management
- Sales team & Network Development
Profile
- 18-20 years of overall experience
- 8-10 years in exports to SAARC/Africa region
- Distribution network development
- Good Negotiating and Presentation skills.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- High moral and commercial ethics.
- Result oriented and target driven.
- Ability to manage moderate/large team size.
- Customer centric attitude.
