Qualification: B.E. + MBA International Business / Sales & Marketing from a premier institute
Experience: 10- 15 years, of which the incumbent should have at least 5 years experience in heading international business operations.
Industry: Pharmaceutical Machinery manufacturers / APIs / Experience of selling to the Pharma industry (even if not machines) will do
The Role: Impact & Contribution
The Head - International Business will be responsible for the overall global sales of the entire range of products manufactured by company. He / she will also be accountable for the operations of company overseas offices and service and spares hubs.
Job Responsibilities:
- Design and strategize the annual international business / profit plan in alignment with company 3 year strategic growth plan.
- Achievement of growth, revenue generation and business development for all product lines of company as per the annual profit plan
- Strategize for increasing market share, brand equity and customer relations
- Develop functional Systems, Processes and building & nurturing a Team for sustained growth in the international markets
- Direct and coordinate the International Business operations within the currently laid down policies and procedures of the company
- Keep updated with the international business dynamics to provide useful insight, market research based knowledge and analytical support for business growth strategies
- Coordinate with stakeholders within and outside of company for achievement of business results
- Setting targets for the team and ensuring success through periodic performance management reviews
- Overall responsible for talent management and development of all direct reports (DRs) and skip levels (SLs).
