We are looking for Technical Inside sales professional for leading German MNC.
Kindly go through the details below:
SALES CO-ORDINATION:
- Review day to day order bookings
- Review production and dispatch plan
- Co-ordinate with branches to resolve issues, if any
- Material planning, inventory QAP implementation, inspections, documentations, TC etc for large projects.
- Strengthening of customer relations
- FG management & Control
- Minimise errors
- Ensure availability for Materials
MARGIN ANALYSIS AND LOCALIZATION DRIVE
- Periodical review of lower margin cases & improvement plan
- Coordinate and suggest to sales team for better margin
- Immediate report to management for orders not with expected margin
- Identify and Suggest for localization of parts
- Coordinate with purchase, quality, GBN for approval for localization, if any
- Ensure authority matrix & guidelines followed.
TECHNICAL SUPPORT:
- Working with Sales team for providing technical solutions to the customers.
- Getting involved in the service related issues wherever required.
- Supporting subordinate by way of getting help from GBN and other Nord subsidiaries.
- Product development (special solutions) and Applications development.
- Prioritizing the work on the basis of importance.
- Regular feedbacks to sales teams on the new developments and product improvements.
- Local part number developments, work norms for Nord India and other documentation related to Technical support.
- Successful Applications to be broadened & support for increasing sales.
TRAINING:
- Development of all-India sales team by way of trainings
- Lead Product, application and technical skill trainings for Nord India team
- Studying the training needs of the sales and other teams and taking steps to improve upon the gap areas and build organizations capability through training.
- Making of training calendar for the year
- Selection of suitable trainers that fit into Nords structure and take lead in the peoples development.
- Effectiveness measure of the training programs and its continuous improvement
- Design of training programs and also taking support from GBN and other subsidiaries to make effective programs.
- Continuous improvement of the training programs including Dealers and External Training.
- On time MIS Reports
PERFORMANCE MEASUREMENTS
- Work quality & quantity, follow up Task up to Completion and providing of solution and information required.
- Working of Software and Data Maintenance Programme.
- Departmental (internal / External) satisfaction.
- Time Leap for completion of task.
- Attitude, Team Work and Support to others in company's affairs.
- Minimum error & Cost Control
