POSITION : DGM - Information Security Compliance

QUALIFICATIONS : B.Tech / MS / MCA

REPORTING TO : Associate Director – Information Security

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

- Experienced in conducting Risk Assessments and Auditing

- Act as a focal point for client and Internal audits

- Ability to conduct investigations of Security incidents and frauds

- Manage client relationship as related to Information security and data privacy

- Ensure security requirements of client contracts are implemented during the transitioning of the process

- Design secure solutions and minimize exposures and risks for clients

- Review technical solutions designed for customers to ensure that IT security risks are highlighted and addressed appropriately

- Respond to RFPs (Request for proposals) as related to Information Security and Data Privacy

- Hold regular status meetings and publish dashboards to senior management

- Required to regularly communicate with the IT security compliance and solutioning teams

STRATEGIC INPUTS / SKILLS REQUIRED :

- Strong collaboration and influencing skills

- Good communicate skills (Language proficiency in English is a must)

OTHER REQUIREMENTS :

- At least 4 years experience in an IT Security function

- Preferably possess Industry certifications like CISSP/CISM/CISA/ISO 27001 (LA or LI)

- Should be knowledgeable about global standards like PCI, ISO 27001, HIPAA, SOX
