Profile:

- Must possess more than 17+ years of experience in the field of Industrial Relations.

- Significant experience in managing contract labours, Union management and Labour Laws.

- Must have language proficiency in Tamil / Kannada.

- Should be comfortable to be based in the outskirts of Bangalore.
