DGM - Industrial Relations - 3PL/Warehousing Industry

1) candidate must have experience in Handling large labor force and their issues at various warehouse operation sites.

2) candidate should have knowledge of all labor laws of Maharashtra

3) should know Marathi language

4) Candidate should be able to solve all issues related to labor at site

5) He should be good in governance

6) Should have knowledge of all legal issues related to its labor laws

7) Candidate should be conversant with local police station and local political peoples

8) Should be able to handle all works related with IR to maintain good rapport with labors

9) Report to management on modifications and improvement plans to run operations smooth with respect to labors

10) Should support in analysing the workers capability and can take interviews for any labors during appointment

11) Updating weekly basis on labor complaints and provide solutions for the same.

12) Support HR for the labour related payments, salaries as per the compliance

13) Look after the well being of labour, motivating them for productivity enhancement 14) Map training requirement of labour and plan to upskill them where required
