DGM - Human Resources - IT/ITES

Looking for candidates with experience in Business partnering role

Should have handled a span 500-800.

Must have worked in a matrixed reporting environment.

Candidates from IT/ITES industry would be preferred.

Must have handled HR activities like :- PMS, Employee engagement, Employee retention, rewards & recognition, Talent development etc.

This is going to be an Individual contributor role but would have administrative support .
