Roles and Responsibilities :
- Manage HR Shared Services team to provide efficient delivery of HR services across the organization.
- Oversee HR Operations, including employee life cycle processes such as recruitment, onboarding, performance management, training & development, compensation & benefits administration.
- Ensure effective implementation of HR policies and procedures in compliance with company regulations.
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop strategic plans for talent acquisition and retention.
- Provide guidance and support to managers on people-related matters.
Job Requirements :
- Strong understanding of HR Administration, Coordination, Assistance, Operations (HRO) principles.
- Proven track record in managing teams responsible for delivering multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
