About our Client: Our client is a leading IT solution company. It is highly committed it core business to solve its clients IT needs. The business is constantly expanding. Also, it invests enormously in its IT department. They are looking for an HR Business Partner to lead their HR operations for the Indian business.
Job Description: Reporting directly to the MD of the business, you will be responsible for planning people strategies, establishing and managing the entire HR function.
- You will play a key role in providing leadership and direction to the HR function in line with business needs.
- You will also be responsible for a broad range of HR activities including talent management, recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits and employee relations.
- To design a competitive performance and rewarding system is a middle term task
- Specifically, you will be responsible for devising innovative recruitment strategies, managing effective lines of communication with various recruitment channels, while ensuring that leading edge recruitment practices and assessment process are adopted.
- You will lead a an effective team of specialists and collaborate with HR business partner and management on service delivery and sharing best practices.
The Successful Candidate:
- The successful applicant will be a degree holder with minimum 8-10 years of post graduation HR generalist experience with at least 5 years in a team management role in a sizable group.
- In addition, you must have a comprehensive understanding of HR practices, trends and employment legislation in India and other major markets worldwide.
- Experience gained from well established management system as well as similar industry background in sizable companies is preferable.
- Dynamic, mature, confident and professional is essential. Experience partnering with and influencing senior leaders
- Strong oral and written communication in English is a must.
