- The role is supporting the Business head for one of the core business units of an Indian based powerhouse in the retail sector, managing the core HR Talent Management function to provide effective support to our operation.  - The role will involve other elements of HR; therefore, an all round generalist background is a prerequisite. Successful candidate must have experience in Talent Management, Total Rewards, Training & Development, Employees Engagement Action Plans and Statutory compliance's.  Desired Skills and Experience:  - Masters degree in Human Resources Management, Business or equivalent work experience from a tier one or tier two institute  - 10 to years progressive HR management experience ideally in a global organization  - Experience with Talent Management, Comp & Ben, Training & development, Organizational Effectiveness, and Employee Engagement.  - Ability to be extremely detail oriented while also focusing on the big picture  - Excellent planning, prioritization and organizational skills  - Excellent analytical and problem solving skills  - An understanding of best practices in HR in a cross-cultural diverse environment  - Capacity to think strategically and act operationally and to work independently  - Demonstrated positive values of integrity, accountability, reliability and working as part of a team  - Demonstrated strong people management skills  - Excellent communication and presentation skills  - Savvy with software programs to support role  - Cross cultural understanding
