Job Description - Reporting to the MD of the company, your responsibilities will include:

- Leading a team of 3 to drive the entire HR agenda for the business spanning 300+ employees

- Take accountability of the contract labor management to ensure its in line with business objectives

- Overlook the statutory compliances pertaining to all the labor laws - both on roll and contractual

- Lead a training program for all employees for performance enhancement

- Attract and retain the right quality of talent for the business

- Work closely with the MD to ensure HR is contributing to the bottomlines of the business

The Successful Candidate - As a successful applicant, you must carry 7-10 years of core HR experience with excellent knowledge of HR and statutory compliances. You would carry qualitative exposure from the real estate / manufacturing/engineering / projects industry and must have managed contract labor. Excellent communication skills and an adaptive personality will be your key differentiators. You must be willing to travel and have business maturity - prior track record of working with business leaders will be a huge plus.
