DGM - HR PROJECTS (ONLY CONSULTING)
Drive special projects in HR
- Develop periodic - monthly/quarterly/as required analysis and MIS on HR related trends
- Ensure closure of all Key HR projects
- HR Interventions as per plan and support Leadership in the same as and when required.-
- Ensure closure of all action items Top Management meetings.
- Coordinate with other Top Leadership Members/Teams on specific agendas whenever required.
- Coordinate reviews for entire Leadership Team.
- Develop periodic - monthly/quarterly/as required analysis and MIS
- Track and report key HR indices to monitor trends and HR productivity
