We have been retained by a public limited FMCG Conglomerate with Rs.26,000 Crore turnover for the recruitment of Deputy General Manager-Human Resources for their Regional Offices in Bangalore / Kolkata / Delhi / Mumbai.

An ideal candidate with of 10 to 15 years experience in Human Resources with age between 35 to 40 years will be preferred.

All the candidate for all the 4 locations must have worked in generalist position with minimum 6 years of exposure in the Plant which is a MUST.

Exposure is Manufacturing company is also a MUST.

REQUIREMENT

Position: Regional HR Manager at DGM level (4 numbers)

Locations: Kolkata, Bagalaore,Gurgaon and Mumbai

BACKGROUND TO THE POSITION

This is a HR Generalist role to support growth of the in specific geographical region, called “Hub” and implementation of HR best Practices. The incumbent will participate in corporate strategy and policy / process formulation.

Candidate’s Profile:

2 years full time Diploma / MBA in HR from a reputed institute

8 to 12 years’ of work experience in HR in a manufacturing industry out of which minimum to 6 years of work experience in HR Generalist role in the plant (MUST). Candidates with FMCG work experience will be referred.

Compensation:

In the range of Rs. 18 (CTC) (Candidates in the salary range between 12 to 14 may apply).
