Role and Responsibility
- The person will be responsible for End to End HR Processes for the Sales & Marketing business PAN India
- Manage the entire employee life cycle from hiring to off-boarding
- Build transparent and continuous communication channels for two way and continuous communication
- Proactively address and resolve employee grievances
- Strong exposure in HR business partnering of Sales & Marketing teams
- Talent development
- Succession planning
- Training
Skill Requirement
- Strong functional knowledge of all HR processes & best practices in the domain
- Maturity to manage and resolve conflicts and people issues
- Ability to understand the business and all its operational aspects
- Ability to analyze data and recommend strategy basis the same
- Ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills
