DGM - HR Business Partner - IT Vertical - Logistics Firm - Female Candidate Preferred

We are urgently looking for DGM HRBP - for IT department of a Globally acclaimed Logistics Company to be based at Corporate office Gurgaon.

Exp 10+ years

Location - Gurgaon

Reporting to CHRO and CIO

Preferably female candidate with HR IT exp

- HR Business Partner is responsible for the implementation and realization of HR strategy within the company. Managers and employees are supported in building the organizational culture through HR business partner's actions in the following areas: Sourcing, staffing & onboarding, performance management, management of talent & succession and learning management.

- The HR Business Partner consults managers and supports with problem solving for employees. Other tasks include e.g. risk management in legal affairs, disciplinary action on misconduct and labor dispute (legal compliance, some employee cases, termination or downgrade, etc.). It is to provide expert solutions for HR processes and to guide their execution.

- It is to ensure the whole HR value chain runs smoothly (recruitment, onboarding, performance management, exiting etc.). It aims to ensure a highly engaged and well performing organization. It is to support the management in achieving their business goals through effective people management. It is intended to build a positive image of the employer outside the organization. HR business partner's responsibility is also to work according to security- and quality-standards. Furthermore, the HR Business Partner strictly follows and complies with all the rules and regulation on Compliance Guideline.

SPECIFIC ACCOUNTABILITIES :

1. Recruitment:

- Coordinates and realizes the recruitment processes

- Creates and implements the recruitment strategy

- Share's knowledge of recruitment methods and processes with the hiring managers

- Cooperates with recruitment agencies, job portals, universities, career offices etc.

- Analyses the job market and recruitment services

- Assists the managers in creating job descriptions

- Provides assistance to new employees with regard to the induction program and adaptation in the corporate setting

- Creates / develops the internship program(s)

2. Performance management:

- Analyses the results of annual appraisal

- Consults the managers in the area of performance management

- Plans with the management team development activities for the employees

- Assists in underperformance process

3. Development:

- Captures learning and development needs from business

- Builds a development plan together with the managers based on the results of the performance management process

- Creates and leads internal training

- Leads the assessment and feedback sessions (in ex. Extended DISC)

4. Communication:

- Acts as a key contact for all stakeholders requesting the HR service

- Ensures a positive working relationship within the team and with external customers by measuring customer/ employee satisfaction and building on it

- Promotes and supports HR activities aimed at building a strong and positive employer- branding-image internally and externally

- Acts as a change agent

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

- Master's degree in psychology, human resources, business administration or equivalent.

- At least 10 years of relevant experience

- Knowledge of India IT labour market and labour law
