Role and Responsibility:
- The person will be responsible for End to End HR Processes for the business
- Manage the entire employee life cycle from hiring to off-boarding
- Build transparent and continuous communication channels for two way and continuous communication
- Develop and implement plans to attract the best talent from the market at optimum cost
- Build culture for high performance and fair & transparent working environment
- Build the organisation as an employer of choice
- Ensure Talent Management by developing and implementing cutting edge policies and processes for performance management ; ensure continuous evaluation and feedback mechanism, reward for performance
- Manage Employee related costs as per budgets
- Build mechanisms for continuous employee connect programs for enhanced employee engagement; proactively address and resolve employee grievances
- Ensure adequate skill and competency management as per business requirement through regular interventions, training, mentoring and coaching
- Excellent experience of stakeholder and senior leadership management
Skill Requirement:
- Strong knowledge of all HR processes & best practices in the domain
- Ability to provide thought leadership on people issues
- Maturity to manage and resolve conflicts
- Ability to partner with Business and align towards organization goals
- Ability to analyze data and recommend strategy basis the same
- Ability to build strong relationships with all stakeholders
- Excellent communication skills
