DGM - HR Business Excellence

Role : Deputy General Manager Excellence Standards and Framework

- This position is responsible for bringing in Excellence Standards and Practices in order to effectively deploy Tata Business Excellence Model (TBEM) or any other equivalent Business Excellence model e.g. Malcolm Baldrige National Quality Award (MBNQA), Ramkrishna Bajaj National Quality Award (RBNQA) etc.

- Scan Outside-In knowledge of excellence standards/frameworks & trends

- Scan Inside-out Organization priority & readiness

- Synthesize, design and deploy Performance Excellence Framework customized to TTL requirement

- Develop business process design guidelines based on telecommunication Industry standards e.g. eTOM & APQC process classification framework

- Evaluate internally developed process design guidelines and already designed processes and suggest way forward

- Create and deploy processes through external agencies which are robust, leaned out and benchmarked with internationally recognized telecommunication standards. Manage external agencies.

- Prepare Organization for Business Excellence Award assessment

- Develop internal skills and capabilities to facilitate adoption of Standards and Frameworks

- Ensure an appropriate level of communications with all stakeholders for facilitating the deployment of framework.

Qualification, Experience, Certifications :

- Engineer (B.Tech., BE) / MBA / CA / Master in Statistics (MSTAT)

- Min. 15 years of work experience out of which min. 10 years in Business Excellence function

- Certified Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2015

- Good knowledge and experience of Industry Specific Standards like TL 9001, eTOM,

- APQC and framework/models like ITIL V3 2011, TBEM/MBNQA/RBNQA.

- Certified assessor for Business Excellence Model,

- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certified,

- PMP certified
