Reporting to: Head – Human Resources
- The position is responsible for Talent Acquisition, provide interpretive advice to business management community, support in driving the transformational people agenda and proactively manage the interfaces with Corporate & HR Services to ensure a seamless experience for all employees.
- Ensures Delivery of the People strategy for Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Rewards, Promotions, etc. through HR Ops team. Supports the Head – HR in formulating the manpower plan/budgets and people strategy for the circle.Is responsible for a wide range of activities in the HR operations domain. Is expected to resolve escalated issues arising due to non-standard situations.Is expected to provide solutions that may deviate from standard operating procedures, but comply to policy on various people issues including rewards decisions, employee separation, time and attendance.
- The role holder ensures that plans are executed through interventions to manage growth & organization change.
Multiple levels of interaction to ensure acceptance of change and compliance to new policy/process are required
